In a moment of stupidity I decided to remove snow off my Jeep with a snow shovel and proceeded to break off my wiper fluid nozzle. I contacted South Hills Jeep expecting a $100+ quote. Was surprised to hear that the part was only 20 dollars and that if I could come in that day, they could do the service for 18 dollars. I made it to the dealership within 30 minutes and was asked if I wanted to replace the part myself or have service do the work. I told them that I wanted service to replace it for me, they shocked me by just walking out and replacing it in the parking lot at no cost. Great customer service - will absolutely take my vehicle there again in the future.

Although a first time dealing with South Hills Chrysler, Jeep and KIA this is our third Jeep. We had a great experience with the purchase from A J Williams, sales professional. Mr. Williams was helpful with bringing us up-to-date with the features and excellent services included in our purchase of the 2012, Jeep Grand Cherokee. Our trade-in and the rebate totals were agreed upon with ease with the help of Mr. Susko. Mr. Hadad explained the warranties available and the costs to help us decide. We were already approved and we knew the terms we wanted. Signed papers and ready to go! Mr. Williams stayed overtime to make sure we were comfortable with our new Jeep.

Ray Ingram at SHCJK just met me on Saturday and I had a unique situation where I had a car with high mileage and a high payment. He was very persistent to make sure I got the best deal possible. I was very surprised and well pleased with the dealership and the SUV that I purchased. They were very sympathetic with my situation and did their darndest to make sure I got a great deal. I would recommend Ray and his team at SHCJK very highly.

My salesman Aaron was the type of salesman you always wish for, someone that is not pushy and over-bearing. He simply was there if we had any questions, and any we asked he had the answer! When we did the deal he got everything we asked for. Could not be happier!!!

I purchased my first new car at 33 years old 2 years ago as a single mom of 2. South Hills Chrysler Kia had me sold from the start. The dealer understood my finances and was wonderful explaining the vehicle and what he felt would fit my needs. It was wonderful driving away in my new Sportage. I have returned to the dealership for service and routine maintenance as well as all oil changes. My car had an issue and it was covered under warranty and taken care of immediately. You are always greeted with a smile and due to all of the wonderful interactions I believe I will be a lifelong customer.

My vehicle was due for inspection. I called South Hills Chrysler Jeep/Kia and they were able to schedule me within 2 days of my call at a time that was convenient to me. My vehicle's inspection was completed within 1 hour of the scheduled time and was extremely affordable. I would recommend this location for service for any Chrysler or Kia vehicle for their excellent and prompt service.

Sales rep did not pressure us to buy the car. I worked with her via email & phone, and was very friendly & professional in making a deal work. After the purchase, when it was time for delivery, she took the time to explain all of the features and make sure all that was promised was taken care of. Myself being an ex-car salesman, & I did not mention that until after the deal was completed, I admired her friendly, courteous attitude.

Everyone here at South Hills Chrysler are always willing to help you in any way they can. I have been coming to South Hills Chrysler for years. David who works in service does a great job for me and is always accomodating to my needs. The women who answers the phone is so courteous and will help get the person you need. I like calling and getting a person to help me,GREAT. WE are currently looking in to trade our car in for a new Chrysler here at South Hills Chrysler. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK.

My family and I have been purchasing vehicles from South Hills for over 12 years (7) different models both Kia and Chrysler products. The sales experiences have been great we were treated well and felt that we made good deals they are also great in the service area when we have had a problem they have always taken care of us quickly and got us back on the road. We have found the service departments pricing to be very fair and quick my entire family services their vehicles with Tony. Keep up the good work guys.

I have never encountered a problem at South Hills Chrysler Jeep Kia and I have been a loyal customer for 13 years. As a woman, it is really nice to be treated with respect and compassion and not treated like an idiot.

My favorites: free shuttle service (the driver's are the NICEST people) and getting my van washed with every visit.- SO much better than paying at Giant Eagle.
