South Hills Chrysler Jeep Kia's Service Department offers two types of service in order to meet our customers needs: Express Lane- which performs quick services such as oil changes, tire rotation, and more for all vehicle makes and models with no appointment necessary; and standard service lanes which perform all other maintenance, repairs, and warranty work with an online or phone up appointment system. Both service lanes are staffed with factory certified technicians.
Don't forget we also offer free shuttle service, free WiFi, complimentary coffee, and a newly refreshed waiting room to keep you comfortable while your vehicle is being serviced.

Bill Winter
Our service department is moving into the future, and our recently appointed Service Director, Bill Winter, is leading the way. Bill is a recent graduate of NADA Dealer Academy and has a strong background in Customer Service from his time with Walt Disney World Resorts. Bill has worked in many roles throughout the dealership since he started over 10 years ago, but this new dad has found his home in our growing Service Department. Bill's positive attitude and customer-focused approach make trips to service your vehicle more enjoyable.
